Service Coordinator
Pay: Up to $25/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM
Location: St. Paul, MN (Onsite)
Type: Temporary, with potential to convert to permanent
Position Overview
We're seeking a detail-oriented Service Coordinator to support daily service operations, manage work orders, and deliver excellent customer service. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, service-driven environment and enjoys coordinating vendors, solving problems, and keeping operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Process work orders from initiation through completion, including ordering parts and ensuring follow-through.
- Maintain accurate data within the service order management system.
- Research, develop, and maintain relationships to expand the service provider network.
- Prepare customer quotes including pricing, parts, and lead times.
- Track and log work orders daily to ensure timely progress.
- Provide a high level of customer service throughout the service process.
- Complete order processing for customer invoicing.
- Review and approve vendor invoices.
- Assist with additional tasks as assigned by leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication skills for interacting with customers, vendors, and facility teams.
- Ability to coordinate service calls by phone and email and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
- Comfortable working independently and occasionally in a team setting.
- Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Ability to work effectively across diverse teams, including remote offices.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
